Do I need help?

You can feel unhappy with yourself sometimes and that is normal and to be expected. Your relationship has broken down.

If you have lost your job or your relationship has broken, you would expect your self-esteem to have taken a knock. Most people recover from these experiences. If you notice that you are constantly thinking about yourself in a negative way and you struggle to see anything good about yourself you may need to do something about it.
