The Anxiety and Panic course is designed to help you gain a better understanding of the process of panic and how this affects the way we feel, think and behave. The course will introduce strategies based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help control panic and anxiety symptoms.
Time: Monday 10am-12noon or Tuesday 5:30pm-7:30pm
