Why me?

It can sometimes be difficult to pinpoint the exact reason why you may feel more angry than others. The way you react can be affected by lots of different things. E.g.

  • Your personality or temperament
  • Certain situations that have been difficult for you in the past can then trigger anger
  • The way you communicate with other people – you may struggle to put your feelings into words or let others know how you feel
