Our team at Wellbeing is based in the South of Glasgow and consists of psychologists, cognitive-behavioural therapists, specialist mental health practitioners, a guided self-help worker and our helpful administration staff.
We offer a variety of self-help materials, groups and courses for all sorts of problems that you may be facing. We also offer brief individual talking therapies if we believe this is the best approach for you.

Anyone can download the self-help materials. If you live within the South of Glasgow and within these G.P. postal areas: Catchment Area (click for details) you can use any of our others services and book online for any of the courses.
If you are outside of the catchment area we hope that you can utilise our website and that our resources are informative, interesting and useful for you.
