Here at Wellbeing we understand the Covid-19 Pandemic has increased panic, fear and anxiety, which can begin to take a toll on  our mental health.  During these difficult times it is important to take the correct measures to protect your mental health. We are currently in the process of adapting and creating more resources for you. In the meantime, and in addition to our other website content we have created the following handouts:

The South Glasgow Wellbeing Services consists of psychologists, cognitive-behavioural therapists, and guided self -help workers.

We offer a variety of self-help materials, groups and courses for all sorts of problems that you may be facing. We also offer brief individual talking therapies if we believe this is the best approach for you.

Can we help you?

Anyone can download the self- help materials. If you live within the South of Glasgow you can use any of our others services and book online for any of the courses.
