Panic is when you experience high levels of anxiety. You will feel uncomfortable physical symptoms in your body.

These feelings can be very severe and you may feel frightened. You may also notice:
- That you have started avoiding people or situations
- Changes in your thinking. E.g. the worst thing possible will happen or that you are having a heart attack
