Low Mood

Everyone at some point in their life will say they feel low.

Having times when you feel low is normal. It can be a normal reaction to a bad situation. Low mood usually improves after a short time. Making some small changes in your life, such as sorting out a difficult situation or talking about your problems and getting more sleep, can improve your mood.
