Free, friendly local walks up to an hour long led by trained volunteers.

Most walks last for about 1 hour and are up to 2.5 miles long. They are a great way to get more active and meet new people.

So come along and take the first steps to a healthier, happier you.

We welcome people of all abilities on the Health Walks. Wherever possible we will adjust routes to improve accessibility. Please call if you would like more information about a certain walk to help us assess how we can make it more suitable for you.
