Do I need help?

It is normal to have concerns about your health sometimes and it can help you to make positive changes to your lifestyle.

E.g. reduce smoking, eat more healthily. If your concerns, about your health get out of control or if they are happening excessively or repeatedly, then you may need some help to deal with them.
