Coping with Loss
Coping with Loss is a 6 week course designed to help you better manage your grief following a bereavement. The course will help you to understand the difference between normal and abnormal grief. You will also learn how grief affects not just how you feel but what you think and what you do and you will learn techniques to help you process your grief, to make this difficult time a little easier to manage.
Coping with Loss Course Aims:
- To gain a better understanding of the process of grief and learn how it affects the way we think, feel and behave.
- To learn coping strategies to help you with your grieving process
