Do you find social situations uncomfortable or distressing? Do you tend to avoid social situations and would like to change this? This course is designed to help you develop an understanding of social anxiety and how it affects our thoughts, feelings, body, and behaviour. This course will teach you different Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques to help you manage social anxiety symptoms.
Social Anxiety Group aims:
- To gain a better understanding of social anxiety and learn how it affects the way we think, feel and behave.
- To learn skills to control and manage the symptoms of social anxiety
