Coping with Anxiety is a course designed to help you to gain a better understanding of anxiety and how it affects the way we think, feel and behave. This course teaches you techniques and skills that will help you to control and manage the symptoms of anxiety. You will also meet people who are experiencing similar problems. Even if you do not want to talk, you will be able to listen and learn more. Coping with Anxiety runs once a week for six weeks.
- Time – Every Monday/ Tuesday 5.00pm – 7.00pm or Tuesday 9.30am – 11.30am
