Course Details
The Anxiety and Panic course is designed to help you gain a better understanding of the process of panic and how this affects the way we feel, think and behave. The course will introduce strategies based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help control panic and anxiety symptoms. You will meet other people who are experiencing similar problems. Even if you don’t want to talk you will be able to listen and learn more.
The Worry and Anxiety Course is designed to help you gain a better understanding of the process of worrying and how this affects the way we feel, think and behave. The course will introduce strategies based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help control worrying and reduce anxiety symptoms. You will meet other people who are experiencing similar problems. Even if you don’t want to talk you will be able to listen and learn more.
- Time – Anxiety and Panic – Every Monday 5.00pm – 7.00pm/ every Friday 10.00am – 12.00noon
Worry and Anxiety – Every Tuesday 5.00pm – 7.00pm/ every Thursday 10.00am – 12noon - Duration – 6 weeks
