It can sometimes be difficult to pinpoint the exact reason why you may feel more angry than others. The way you react can be affected by lots of different things. E.g.
- The way you have been brought up – your early experiences
- Your personality or temperament
- Certain situations that have been difficult for you in the past can then trigger anger
- The way you communicate with other people – you may struggle to put your feelings into words or let others know how you feel
