Our primary care mental health team is based in the south of Glasgow. We offer a range of resources and group courses informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help with the difficulties that can affect daily life. Our aim is to provide support that is easy to access and that helps you make sense of your experiences while developing skills to improve your wellbeing.

NO HARD FEELINGS - FEEL IT, FACE IT, THRIVE
Many people recover from psychological distress through the use of self help materials alone, although some experience distress that is prolonged or more debilitating.
We are pleased to offer those with a GP registered in the south of Glasgow the opportunity to attend our CBT course No Hard Feelings Feel It Face It Thrive. The course is designed to address symptoms linked to a wide range of mental health difficulties. It is common to experience more than one type of anxiety at the same time such as health anxiety and generalised anxiety. Other conditions that may occur together include panic, social anxiety, OCD, anger and binge eating. The course can be applied across different types of problems which means there is no need to treat each difficulty separately.
